Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our elite team at BrightCare Home Care. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality, individualized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) to clients

• Assist with mobility and transfer assistance

• Perform light housekeeping and meal prep tasks

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients

• Provide care with dignity and respect to seniors and individuals with disabilities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional caregiving experience

• CNA, HHA, or experienced caregiver

• Positive attitude and genuine heart for service

• Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, consistent

• Proven history of showing up on time and not calling out

• Ability to provide compassionate care in a home setting

• Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
