As a preschool teacher at Gethsemane Lutheran Children's Ministry, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our children!

As a member of our team, you'll be instrumental in creating a engaging and safe learning environment for our students.

• Our Lead Teachers are responsible for planning and implementing activities that foster growth and development, while supporting the overall well-being of our students.
• Our Assistant Teachers work closely with Lead Teachers to bring creativity and enthusiasm to each day.

Together, you'll inspire a love of learning through interactive play, art, and storytelling.

Preschool Teacher Qualifications

• CDA preferred and 3+ years of classroom experience
• A genuine love for young children and early childhood development
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)
• Knowledge of TDPRS Minimum Standards and TRS guidelines
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
