Overview
Registered Nurse – Cath Lab travel assignment in the United States. Start date 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed 36 hours per week with a 5x8 shift (8-hour days). Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital. Weekly pay: $2,710 to $2,730. This role requires EPIC experience, at least two years of recent cath lab or acute care nursing experience, and current BLS and ACLS certifications. BSN preferred. This assignment is managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care for cath lab patients before, during, and after procedures in accordance with established standards and the nursing process.
- Monitor vital signs, hemodynamics, sedation status, and intra-procedural conditions; respond to changes with appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, technologists, anesthesia, and other members of the interventional team to coordinate patient care and safety.
- Administer medications per policy, manage complications, and ensure documentation accuracy in the electronic medical record (EPIC).
- Participate in discharge planning, patient and family education, and coordination with perioperative services to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (or as allowed per state requirements for travel assignments).
- Minimum two years of recent nursing experience in cath lab or acute care settings.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Elite or advanced certifications (ACLS) required per facility policy (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS).
- EPIC electronic medical record experience required.
- BSN preferred; If ADN/ASN, related clinical experience and/or facility-specific credentials may be considered.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment with the flexibility to accommodate variable shift needs.
