Position Details
Provide quality, person-centered, treatment that facilitates recovery and wellness with people experiencing substance use and/or mental health concerns. Therapist will conduct screenings and assessments using evidence-based tools and provide individual and group therapy to help people reach their identified goals for improved well-being. Services are provided in the community and within the jail. Position Requirements:
- Master's Degree in social work or related field
- Possess MCBAP CAADC or willing / ability to obtain
- State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC, etc.) required
- Experience working with adults with SUD concerns
- Experience providing community based services a plus!
- Valid driver's License, Auto Insurance, and a clean driving record
- Experience and knowledge of Kent County resources is a plus!

Position Details
Provide quality mental health treatment as part of an inter-disciplinary team that facilitate healthy development of children/youth and increased family stability. Services are family-centered, delivered primarily in an identified school within Grand Rapids area and in home/community to support the work. Position includes assessment, individual and family therapy, and crisis response. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research.
