Product Engineer Body

Position Description:Design and release engineer for rocker moldings, supporting rocker molding design and development, with additional responsibility for body scope oversight across related components/systems.Skills Required:Design Release EngineerExperience Required:Must possess an understanding of how to design & release injection molded plastics automotive systems components.Previous OEM experience is preferred.Previous experience in exterior systems design & release is also preferred. Know how to design & release a rocker molding system to meet North American legal requirements, understand the design and release process and know how to provide feedback during feasibility checkpoints.Possess an understanding of rocker molding/exterior trim system requirement.Experience managing or coordinating body scope oversight across cross-functional teams and suppliers is also preferred, including tracking program timing, part maturity, and issue resolution across the body system.Education Required:Bachelor's Degree
