School Paraprofessional (temporary) - West Geauga Local Schools

Position Summary:

NCTA is seeking a paraprofessional to support an elementary school in West Geauga Local School District for grades 3-5.

This is a fantastic opportunity to impact children's health and well-being while enjoying a great work schedule!

This position is a temporary 8-week assignment but has potential to extend through the remainder of the school year.

General Information:

• Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
• Pay Range: $18-22/hr
• Working Days or Days per week: Follows a standard school calendar - 5 days per week, 30-40 hours per week
• Hours per day: 7-8 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Work one on one with students and/or with small groups of students

• High school diploma or equivalent
• State of Ohio Aide Licensure required
• Experience working with individuals to improve social communication and learning skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
