About This Role
Our Montessori School is seeking passionate and dedicated credentialed Montessori Guide (Educator/Director/Directress) to join our close-knit team. We are a small private school that values child-centric education, guided by the principles and philosophy of Maria Montessori. We aim to provide a hands-on learning environment that offers memorable experiences for children aged 3 to 12 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.

Montessori Guide (Primary & Elementary) — Full Time 📍 Private Montessori School | Orlando, FL
Montessori Way School in Orlando, FL is seeking passionate, credentialed Montessori Guides for our Primary (3–6)and Elementary (6–12) classrooms. We are looking for dedicated educators who embrace the Montessori philosophy and are committed to fostering independence, curiosity, and a love of learning in every child.
Positions Available:
- Primary Guide (Ages 3–6)
- Lower Elementary Guide (Ages 6–9)
- Upper Elementary Guide (Ages 9–12)
Requirements:
- AMI or AMS certification (MACTE-accredited) at the appropriate level
- Genuine passion for child-led, hands-on learning
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a Montessori community

Requirements
- Must love working with children aged 3 to 12 years old.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday without exceptions.
- Must be flexible and team player
- Full time: 7:30 AM until 4PM
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional child care experience.
- High energy.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer skills.
- An understanding of child development.
- Excellent organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must clear full background check level 2.
- Audible voice and adequate hearing and vision are required to communicate effectively and supervise the children.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods of time, including bending, stooping and crouching to interact with young children.
Nice To Haves

- 40 hours DCF training
