What You'll Do

As an In-Clinic BCBA, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional care and outcomes for every child and family we serve.

  • Developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Analyzing client data and modifying programs to maximize progress

  • Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Providing caregiver training and support

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and skills assessments

  • Completing progress reports and treatment plan updates as required by funding sources

  • Performing initial assessments for new clients

  • Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care

  • Supporting a positive clinic culture focused on clinical excellence and teamwork

What Total Care ABA requires from you:

  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

  • TN LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst)

  • Must reside in Tennessee

  • Must be able to reliably commute to the center

  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • Experience in clinic operations or center development is a plus
