Ready to Lead the Action on the Casino Floor?If you know slot operations, enjoy leading a team, and thrive in a fast-paced casino environment, The Point Casino & Hotel is looking for you!We are seeking an experienced Slot Supervisor to help lead our Slot team and keep the energy, service, and operations on our casino floor running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two shifts are exactly the same. From supporting your team and assisting guests to overseeing jackpots and handling situations as they arise, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience on the slot floor.What You'll DoAs our Slot Supervisor, you'll be one of the key leaders on the floor during your assigned shift. You'll:Lead, coach, and support Slot Attendants and Slot LeadsAssign work areas and make sure the floor has proper coverageOversee day-to-day slot floor operationsApprove jackpots and hand pays within authorized limitsHelp ensure jackpot and fill processes are completed accuratelyStep in to resolve escalated guest concerns and service issuesMonitor slot activity and help protect company assetsInvestigate guest incidents, machine irregularities, and potential policy violationsAssist with onboarding and training new team membersProvide coaching and feedback to help your team succeedCommunicate staffing needs, operational concerns, and guest trends to Slot ManagementPartner with Security, Cage, Marketing, Surveillance, and other departments to keep operations running smoothlyMaintain knowledge of slot machines, payout structures, and basic troubleshootingHelp maintain a clean, safe, professional, and guest-ready casino floorEnsure operations follow Tribal, State, Federal, and company gaming regulations and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who can balance strong leadership with excellent guest service. You should be comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and keeping your team focused when the casino floor gets busy.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of slot operations experienceMinimum of 2 years of supervisory experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailIntermediate experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointUnderstanding of slot operations terminology, player rating, and slot analyticsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysAdditional RequirementsMust obtain a Class III Gaming License issued by the Washington State Gaming Commission and Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming CommissionMust possess a valid Washington State Driver's LicenseMust be able to consent to and pass a hair follicle drug and alcohol screening as a condition of employmentMust be able to stand and move throughout the casino floor for extended periodsMust be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 poundsMust be comfortable working in a casino environment with varying noise levels and exposure to cigarette smokeBring Your Leadership to The PointThis isn't a desk-only supervisor position.
