Director of Development
Job Description
After Hours Pediatrics provides urgent, compassionate medical care for children when their regular pediatrician's office is closed — evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer families a trusted, kid-friendly alternative to the emergency room, with board-certified pediatric providers, on-site labs, and fast, focused care built specifically around the needs of children. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a strategic, relationship-driven leader to help expand our reach and impact in the communities we serve.
About the Job
As Director of Development, you'll lead our organization's growth strategy building partnerships, driving community outreach, and developing initiatives that expand access to pediatric urgent care while strengthening our reputation as the trusted choice for families. You'll work closely with leadership to identify new growth opportunities, whether through community partnerships, referral network development, philanthropic initiatives, or strategic outreach programs, and you'll play a key role in shaping how we connect with pediatricians, schools, and community organizations. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's healthcare access while growing into a senior leadership role as our organization scales.
