About the Role:
As our Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards of care.
Leading a team of licensed nurses and caregivers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a culture of excellence and compassion.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
Collaborating with other departments, including therapy, social services, and dietary, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
