Administrative AssistantChildren's Coalition for Northeast LouisianaChildren's Coalition for Northeast Louisiana is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team!In this role, you'll help keep daily office operations running smoothly while supporting our Early Childhood programs, families, staff, and community partners. If you're a strong communicator who enjoys staying organized, helping others, and being part of a mission-driven team, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoGreet visitors, answer phones, and provide excellent customer servicePerform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and recordkeepingManage mail, office supplies, inventory, and other day-to-day office needsAssist with meetings, trainings, events, and staff travel arrangementsProvide administrative and data support for Early Childhood programsMaintain accurate and confidential program and participant recordsHelp families connect with early childhood programs and community resourcesAssist with CCAP and other family support resourcesSupport community outreach and family engagement activitiesAssist with reports, special projects, and other administrative needsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDAt least 2 years of administrative, clerical, customer service, or related experienceStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organization and attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyComfortable working independently and as part of a teamPreferred: Associate degree and/or experience working with children, families, early childhood programs, nonprofits, education, or community services.Position DetailsFull-Time | Non-ExemptThis position is primarily office-based.
