How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Assemble and finish custom cases, packaging solutions, and foam inserts according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Operate production machinery, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently to support daily manufacturing goals.
  • Coordinate the movement of materials between receiving, warehouse, and production areas to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Leverage company technology, systems, and tools to drive productivity, ensure data accuracy, and support continuous improvement.
  • Review production instructions, inspect finished products, and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Work with attention to detail to ensure every product meets Caseman GPC’s standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to support a smooth production flow.
  • Adapt quickly to a changing work environment and manage competing demands.
  • Be reliable, proactive, and committed to working safely.
  • Be willing to learn and grow with new tools, processes, or responsibilities.
  • Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.

To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Attention to detail to ensure product meets quality standards.
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed.
  • Experience using a computer, Windows, Office, and ClickUp, or other relatable software and programs.

Preferred:

  • Experience using a bandsaw.
  • Prior experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing.
  • Familiar with case assembly.
