Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in managing and resolving customer claims and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Enter and track customer warranty and service claims accurately.
• Support a smooth operational flow in a fast-paced work environment.
• Coordinate effectively with service technicians for dispatching and follow-ups.
• Perform accurate data entry related to customers and their transactions.
• Handle billing tasks associated with manufacturer claims and warranties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent educational qualification.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Reliable source of personal transportation.
• Personal drive and self-motivation to achieve set targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work the scheduled shifts without frequent absences.
• Ability to lift and potentially move boxes or merchandise as needed.

Preferences

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications to manage records and communications efficiently.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
