We're looking for a motivated, friendly, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Wireless Reatil Sales Representative to provide outstanding customer service, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales of mobile devices, wireless plans, and accessories. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with mobile phones, wireless plans, and accessories.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending the best wireless solutions.
• Promote and sell products while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Stay up to date on products, features, pricing, and current promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish/Creole and English (required).
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and sales-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
