We are seeking a caring and dependable Teacher Assistant to support our childcare team.

A childcare teacher assistant supports the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. Responsibilities often include supervising children, helping with classroom activities, preparing materials, and assisting with daily routines such as meals, playtime, and hygiene. The role also requires strong communication, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families. Candidates are typically expected to have experience working with children and a genuine commitment to early childhood development.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education training is a plus.
• Experience working with young children is preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Patient, caring, dependable, and able to follow directions.
• Knowledge of child safety, hygiene, and classroom routines.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
