We offer a positive work environment and opportunities for career growth.Job DetailsSalary: $19 to $22 per hourJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Madison, NJ 07940Work HoursShift schedule is Monday to Thursday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder, receive, and bill parts accuratelyMaintain organized and clean parts storage and work areasStock shelves and manage inventory through bin counts and record keepingAssist retail customers and technicians in person and by phoneCoordinate pick-up and delivery of partsMaintain excellent customer service standardsPerform other duties as assigned by managementAdditional InformationThis role offers an ideal opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to succeed within a mission-driven company.

Job Requirement:QualificationsCustomer-oriented and self-motivated team playerOne to two years of automotive parts experience required, preferably in retail or dealership settingsComputer literate with familiarity of parts database systemsHigh School Diploma or GED required; some college preferredFlexible availability including some evenings, Saturdays, and/or SundaysValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAble to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as walking, standing, bending, stooping, and reachingExperience with pallet jacks preferredFamiliarity with Reynolds and Reynolds, CDK, or similar dealer management systemsKnowledge of OEM websites, parts catalogs, and locator tools preferred
