Mountainside Music Academy is a growing music education company based in Boulder, CO. We provide high-quality, in-home music lessons that are personalized, flexible, and designed to help students build confidence and a lifelong love of music. We are currently expanding our Boulder team and are looking for passionate, reliable music instructors.
Responsibilities:
- Teach private, in-home music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Travel directly to students’ homes in the Boulder area.
- Create engaging and individualized lesson plans based on each student’s goals.
- Maintain consistent weekly lesson schedules.
- Track student progress and communicate updates with families as needed.
- Provide a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
Instruments We Are Hiring For:
- Piano
- Guitar (acoustic & electric)
- Voice
- Violin (depending on demand)
- Drum set / percussion
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in at least one primary instrument.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required for travel).
- Ability to commute within the Boulder area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for music education and working with students of all ages.
- 1+ Years teaching experience required.
