What You'll Do
- Led by experienced educators, our team supervises children at all times and crafts engaging, age-appropriate activities that nurture social and emotional development.
- Leading our team in classroom management, we ensure a clean and organized environment that supports children's growth and learning.
- We believe in the importance of open communication and collaborate with team members and families to create a cohesive and supportive community.
- Our center prioritizes staff growth, and we encourage ongoing education and professional development to advance our skills and expertise.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 45 Hour Infant & Toddler Certification, CDA, or higher in Early Childhood Education
- 90 Hour Certification
- 1+ year childcare experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- We value staff with experience working with young children and those who have achieved certifications such as CDA, Child Development Associate, or higher in Early Childhood Education.
- Additionally, candidates with a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field are preferred.
