Child Care Teacher Assistants

Our center serves children from 6 weeks to 12 years old, offering a range of programs including before- and after-school care and summer camp. • Plan and deliver activities that stimulate young minds and foster a love of learning.
• Design engaging experiences that promote the physical, intellectual, and social development of our students.
• Modify teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs, interests, and abilities of our students.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that set high standards for our students in all subject areas.
• Help children develop essential problem-solving skills.
• Transform the classroom into a vibrant learning environment.
• Oversee the safety and educational programs, ensuring a secure and supportive atmosphere for all.
• Supervise students in the classroom and during outdoor activities.
• Provide a nurturing environment that encourages good behavior and supports the development of positive relationships with parents and families.
• Establish strong communication with parents, fostering collaboration and supporting the child's family connections.
• Comply with the policies and procedures established by the Office of Licensing and DCP&P

• HS diploma

• CDA, Associate, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
• CPR and First Aid Training
• At least one year of experience in early childhood education
