What You'll Do
As a Real Estate Listing Agent, you'll help homeowners successfully sell their properties while building a thriving real estate business.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct listing consultations with prospective sellers
Deliver professional listing presentations
Develop pricing and marketing strategies
Negotiate offers and contracts
Guide sellers through the entire listing and closing process
Maintain client communication using our CRM
Collaborate with our Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination teams
Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation to closing
Qualifications:
