Position Title: Staff Registered Nurse
Summary: Sligo Creek Healthcare is looking for a registered nurse to fill a role in a skilled nursing facility setting. Duties:
Observe and monitor residents’ health and assess their needs to provide quality care.
Work with physicians to create individual care plans and assist them during required operations or procedures.
Maintain complete healthcare records and reports.
Supervise, manage, and train LPNs and GNAs on staff.
Perform routine procedures as needed, including administering medication and injections, and provide emergency medical care when necessary.

Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the facility.
Requirements:
Current state nursing licensure
BLS/CPR certification
In-depth knowledge of nursing care methods and health and safety guidelines
Responsible and compassionate with outstanding organizational and communication skills
Experience supervising GNAs and LPN's in a nursing home setting is preferable, but not required
Preferred Skills: Problem-solving skills, interest in a future management role, experience with Point, Click, Care platform.
