Centerville Health and Rehab, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in the Centerville area of Dayton, OH, is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team. The Director of Nursing (DON) will oversee all clinical operations, from short-term Rehab-to-Home services to long-term care. Prior Director of Nursing (DON) experience is needed, and prior nursing home experience is required.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
