Responsibilities
- Fill technician repair order requests
- Interact with busy wholesale business
- Provide excellent service to retail counter customers
- Process daily factory shipments
- Provide estimates for parts needed for repairs
- Coordinate warranty part returns
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a retail or wholesale parts consultant
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Fast, eager learner and team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems
