Schedule: Night Shift | 19:00–07:30 | 12-hour shifts
Hours: 36 or 48 hours/week (Auto-Offer Eligible)
Pay Rate: $58 – $60/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay:
36 hrs: $2,088 – $2,160/week
48 hrs: $2,784 – $2,880/week
Job Summary
Provide emergency nursing care in a high-acuity ER setting, including rapid assessment, stabilization, treatment, and coordination of care for patients across all age groups. Work collaboratively with physicians and ED staff to ensure timely, safe, and effective patient outcomes.
Requirements
Active RN license (CA or compact eligible)
Minimum 2 years acute care or ER experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced Emergency Department
Required Credentials
RN License (CA or compact) – Required
BLS (AHA or ARC) – Required
ACLS (AHA or ARC) – Required
PALS (AHA or ARC) – Required
NRP (AHA or ARC) – Required
Unit Details
Hospital Size: 108-bed acute care facility
EMR: Cerner FirstNet
Staffing (Night Shift): 5 RNs + 3 ED Techs
Call: Not required
Weekend Coverage: Required (24/7 ED coverage)
Scrubs: Navy blue (not provided)

12-hour night shifts: 19:00–07:30
Option: 36 or 48 hours/week
