Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Per Diem Group Facilitator to lead therapy and educational groups for clients in recovery. This is an as-needed role, ideal for someone with experience in behavioral health who is looking for flexible opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on recovery, mental health, coping skills, and relapse prevention
Engage participants in discussions and activities that support treatment goals
Create a safe, respectful, and supportive group environment
Complete group notes and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure consistency in care and treatment planning
Qualifications:
Experience facilitating group therapy or psychoeducational groups preferred
Knowledge of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain professionalism and boundaries while creating an empathetic group atmosphere
