We're seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Administrator – LPN to join our growing team! Position Summary:The Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Michigan home care services, ensuring high-quality care delivery, strong caregiver support, and excellent client experiences.This role requires someone who not only understands home care administration and compliance, but who also enjoys building relationships within the community, including senior living communities, healthcare providers, elder law attorneys, and local referral sources.The ideal candidate has prior experience serving as an Administrator or Office Manager for a home care agency and is comfortable representing the company in sales, marketing, and community outreach efforts.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations including client scheduling, staffing coordination, and caregiver coverageSupervise and support caregivers to ensure consistent, compassionate care deliveryConduct client visits, service assessments, and quality assurance follow-upsMaintain strong communication with clients, families, and care staffCoordinate new client intakes, documentation, and service plansAssist with recruiting, onboarding, and retaining quality caregiversEnsure compliance with Michigan state regulations and company policiesDevelop and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sourcesParticipate in local networking, community events, and outreach efforts to help grow the agencyCollaborate with leadership to improve client satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiencyQualifications:Prior experience as an Administrator, Office Manager, or leadership role within a home care agency strongly preferredNursing Degree (LPN, RN) preferred, but not required pending experienceBackground in home care, home health, senior services, or healthcare administrationExperience with community outreach, sales, or marketing within the senior care or healthcare spaceStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsExperience with caregiver scheduling and operational coordinationCompassionate, proactive, and team-oriented mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us:Supportive and collaborative company cultureOpportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing organizationAbility to build community relationships and grow a local marketMeaningful work that improves the lives of older adults and their familiesCompetitive salary with bonus potential tied to growth and performanceHow to Apply:Submit your application and resume today - we review candidates daily!We are an equal opportunity employer.
