The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for

every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive

environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service

recommendations.

Job Description:

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

%CF; Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.

%CF; Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.

%CF; Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.

%CF; Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.

%CF; Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on

hand.

%CF; Assist in all in store operational processes.

%CF; Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.

%CF; Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.

%CF; Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

%CF; Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure

board compliance at all times.

%CF; Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Experience

%CF; Guest Service Experience (1 year)

%CF; Sales and Marketing Experience

%CF; Preferred Salon Experience

Job Type: Part Time, Full Time

Education: Highschool, or equivalent
