LOCATION: Burbank, CA (In Office Work)
PAY RANGE: $20 - $25/hr
REQUIREMENTS/JOB DETAILS:
- Open claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and MediCAL/CARE
- Request police reports and medical records.
- Schedule doctor appointments and schedule rides for clients.
- Verify balances with providers.
- Prepare files to submit to demand writers
- Detail-oriented professionals with a positive outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
- Ability to handle large volumes of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
- Litify or Salesforce experience is a huge plus.
- Type at least 60 wpm.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
