Job Summary:

The Togo Person is responsible for ensuring that all to-go orders are prepared accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role is crucial in delivering the Walk-On's experience to customers who choose to enjoy their meals off-premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Preparation: Accurately assemble and package to-go orders based on customer requests, ensuring all items are included and correctly prepared.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about the menu, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Quality Control: Ensure all food items meet Walk-On's quality standards before packaging and delivery.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of counters, equipment, and dining areas as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders, communicating any special requests or modifications.
• Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
