Do you NEVER meet a stranger?HealthCARE Express is looking for a reliable, energetic, and outgoing individual to join our Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.) team!Pay: $15.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PMAs the face of our clinic, our D.O.F.I. team plays an important role in creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We're looking for someone who is friendly, professional, organized, and ready to jump in wherever needed.What You'll DoGreet patients and verify information in our computer systemAnswer phone calls promptly and courteouslyAssist patients with questions and address concerns professionallyVerify insurance and maintain accurate patient account informationPerform cashiering duties, post charges, and provide receiptsScan patient documents and reports into the systemMonitor and replenish clinic forms and front desk suppliesMaintain strict confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA requirementsWork professionally with patients, providers, and fellow team membersCross-train and assist in other areas as neededTake initiative and identify opportunities to help the clinic and team succeedSupport HealthCARE Express' mission, vision, and values in everything you doWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can stay organized in a busy environment.
