Physician/ Medical Doctor / Family Medicine
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and patient‑focused Physician (MD/DO) to serve as a Primary Care Provider (PCP) in our South Central Los Angeles clinic. This role is ideal for a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice physician who is passionate about delivering comprehensive, community‑based outpatient care.
The Physician will manage and address both immediate and ongoing medical needs, and work closely with clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive medical evaluations, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations
Act as the assigned Primary Care Provider (PCP) for patients
Address patients’ immediate and ongoing medical needs
Undertake diagnostic evaluations, including laboratory tests, X‑rays, referrals, and other diagnostic studies
Evaluate patients and develop accurate problem lists
Develop treatment objectives and individualized care plans
Initiate treatment orders, prescriptions, and procedures
Educate and counsel patients to promote disease prevention and positive health behaviors
Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff to coordinate patient services
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Specialty in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice
Active California medical license (required)
Active DEA registration (required)
Active Medicare and Medi‑Cal IDs (required)
Strong diagnostic, clinical, and treatment‑planning skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and motivation
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and health technologies
Experience with wellness modalities such as Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) or regenerative medicine is a plus, depending on practice needs
Hourly Rate: $100–$125/hour
Outpatient, community‑based primary care setting
Weekday schedule with some Saturdays
