Parts Counter Salesperson - Group 1 Toyota Southwest Houston

Overview

Group 1 Toyota Southwest Houston is growing fast and we are looking to add a qualified Auto Parts Counter Sales Associate to our team!

Responsibilities

• Operate the Retail Parts Store and support the Service and Collision Parts Departments as needed.
• Assist internal and external customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
• Process parts orders, invoices, and customer transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to locate and distribute parts in a timely manner.
• Communicate parts updates, availability and order status to customers and internal team members.
• Receive, stock, and organize daily parts shipments while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean work area

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership parts department experience is required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
