Snelling is currently seeking a Customer Service / Administrator for a temporary opportunity with a local housing organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and providing professional administrative support in a community-focused environment.
Pay:15.00/hr
Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner
- Process paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Answer phones, respond to questions, and direct inquiries as needed
- Assist with daily office operations and documentation
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient and effective service
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling resident information
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a professional office environment
- Previous experience with a housing authority or local government agency is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
