CDR General Services is seeking dependable and motivated Bilingual Soft Washers Leads to perform residential and commercial exterior cleaning services in Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidates are reliable, coachable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors and handling cleaning equipment and solutions.

Job Details
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Baton Rouge, LA
  • Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform soft washing services using low-pressure water and specialized cleaning solutions.
  • Clean exterior building surfaces, including siding, stucco, and other materials.
  • Clean driveways, concrete, and other exterior surfaces.
  • Remove dirt, algae, mold, mildew, and organic buildup.
  • Apply cleaning agents, including bleach-based solutions, following proper safety procedures.
  • Operate and maintain soft washing equipment.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work on both residential and commercial projects.
  • For Lead positions, assist with directing the crew and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Some projects may require night shifts, particularly commercial/LSU projects.
  • Weekend work and overtime may be required based on project needs.

Requirements
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks.
  • Able to lift and handle equipment as needed.
  • Willing to learn and follow safety procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous pressure washing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, trailer-pulling experience, and valid driver’s license required.
