As a Laundry Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our residents.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Laundry Aide to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for washing, drying, and folding laundry, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of our facility. As a Laundry Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, by providing a clean and comfortable environment for them to thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, dry, and fold laundry for residents and staff

• Maintain the cleanliness of the laundry area and surrounding facilities

• Sort and prioritize laundry tasks to ensure efficient processing

• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or similar environment is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

• Participate in training programs and adhere to established policies and procedures
