We are currently seeking a Full-Time General Pediatrician to join our team at our Lutz office. Join a well-established, community-focused practice dedicated to providing high-quality pediatric care.Position Highlights:Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatrician Full-time positionNo hospital rounding Call schedule: 1 in 4Weekend hours: Once per month (Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)Compensation & Benefits: Starting salary: $200,000+ (negotiable based on experience and full-time status) + $5,000 bonus after 6 month evaluationMalpractice coverage provided 401(k) with employer matching Insurance stipend80 hours PTO first yearStudent Loan Contribution Program (eligible after 1 year of employment)CME allowance of $1000
