Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of measurements is required but will train. Will cook sauces in large commercial kettles following the batch requirements. Ensures all bags are properly labeled with defied ingredients for product to be cooked. Will use electric or manual pallet jacks to move 50lb bags and ingredient packages (weight between 50lb - 60lbs) Experience with folk lift is a plus. Culinary training/experience and or sous chefs are ideal candidates.
