Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing recreational activities, social events, and outings for our residents

• Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop and maintain a monthly activities calendar that meets the diverse needs and interests of our residents

• Lead and participate in activities such as arts and crafts, music therapy, games, and entertainment programs

• Encourage resident participation and involvement in activities, promoting socialization and cognitive stimulation

• Document resident participation, progress, and feedback to enhance future activity programming

• Assist with maintaining a safe and welcoming activity environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and department policies

• Develop relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a strong sense of community and collaboration
