$125,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
- Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price
- Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
- Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments
- Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Meet with motivated sellers, identify their goals, and guide them through the entire listing process
- Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and grow your listing pipeline
- Provide exceptional service that turns clients into raving fans and referral sources
- Host monthly open houses (we provide the leads)
- Keep your CRM and calendar updated so you’re always ready to serve
- Participate in ongoing Academy Sales Training and weekly team meetings to stay sharp and energized
Qualifications:
- Has a real estate license
- 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry
- Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
- Full-time availability and commitment to clients and career
- Strong communicator with a client-first mindset
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and excited to grow
- Previous sales or listing experience is a plus
- Organized, tech-savvy, and always thinking one step ahead
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping people
