About the Position
Bright Care Solutions is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and dependable PRP Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our growing behavioral health and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.
Applicants must hold a current Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certification.
We are looking for a professional who understands psychiatric rehabilitation services, documentation, compliance, staff coordination, and the administrative requirements of operating a successful behavioral health program.
Key Responsibilities
%CF; Oversee day-to-day PRP and office operations
%CF; Coordinate administrative workflow and staff responsibilities
%CF; Manage client referrals, intake, scheduling, and follow-up
%CF; Monitor client documentation for accuracy, completion, and timeliness
%CF; Ensure required PRP documentation is maintained appropriately
%CF; Assist with compliance and preparation for audits and program reviews
%CF; Monitor authorizations and insurance-related requirements
%CF; Coordinate staff schedules and office coverage
%CF; Assist with employee onboarding and personnel documentation
%CF; Communicate with clients, families, providers, referral sources, and community partners
%CF; Track outstanding documentation, deadlines, and administrative tasks
%CF; Support leadership with program organization and operational improvements
%CF; Maintain confidentiality and professional standards
%CF; Help ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and client-centered
Required Qualifications
%CF; Current Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certification — REQUIRED
%CF; Previous experience working in a PRP or behavioral health setting
%CF; Experience with psychiatric rehabilitation services and documentation
%CF; Strong understanding of behavioral health compliance and confidentiality requirements
%CF; Strong organizational and leadership skills
%CF; Excellent written and verbal communication
%CF; Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
%CF; Strong attention to detail
%CF; Comfortable working with electronic health records and office management systems
%CF; Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
%CF; Previous PRP office management, supervisory, or administrative leadership experience
%CF; Experience with Maryland behavioral health programs
%CF; Familiarity with Medicaid, insurance verification, authorizations, and behavioral health billing
%CF; Experience preparing documentation for audits or compliance reviews
%CF; Experience managing or coordinating PRP staff
