What You'll Do

As a Dietary Aide, you'll play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents by:

  • Assisting with meal preparation and food service

  • Serving meals in a friendly and professional manner

  • Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas

  • Stocking supplies and maintaining an organized workspace

  • Following food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards

  • Complying with all facility policies and state and federal regulations

  • Working collaboratively with the dietary team to provide excellent resident care

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

  • Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented

  • Passion for serving others and providing excellent customer service
