Responsibilities
Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Identify customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions.
Follow up on leads provided by the agency.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.
Maintain accurate client records and provide exceptional customer service.
Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
Sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plusbut not required.
Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain one with our assistance.
