RN Unit Managers-Nursing Home
Located in Johnstown, NY
Salary: Up to $42/HR annually; Based on experience
Qualifications of the RN Unit Managers-Nursing Home:
- Must have a New York RN license
- Must have long-term care/skilled nursing experience
- Must have nurse management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities of the RN Unit Manager-Nursing Home:
- Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
- Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
- Evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient conditions.
- Solving staffing issues and shortages
- Deliver hands-on care and medication administration as needed
- Communicate procedural issues with the director of nursing and work to correct them
- Maintain accurate accounting records
