Caring Heart Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in beautiful Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Staffing/ HR Assistant.
This is a full-time in person position.
This position pays Up to $25 per hour based upon experience.
Preferably to have 1 year of Staffing experience in a skilled nursing facility and/or medical setting, and experience with audits and reporting.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Director with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
Maintain employee records and assist with the scheduling functions of the facility.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing background checks, scheduling interviews, providing in-services in corporate compliance mandates.
The Staffing Assistant/HR Assistant will assist the Director in performing orientations, update records of new and current staff, and work with new staff on master schedules.
Daily Staffing reporting.
Daily Recruitment reporting.
· The Assistant is responsible for ensuring the company’s labor requirement and PPD are met and that staffing reports are completed timely.
· The Assistant is responsible for monitoring overtime, open shifts and working with the nursing management team reviewing the daily, weekly, monthly schedule
