In this role, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

In this role, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy across the lifespan
- Conduct initial assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing interventions
- Develop and implement clinically appropriate, measurable treatment plans
- Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers, rehabilitation specialists, and care team members
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultations
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Maryland Medicaid, COMAR regulations, and ethical standards
- Support clients in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, and improved functioning
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active Maryland license or license-eligible (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, etc.)
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient or community settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
