As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for:
Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to provide exceptional service to our residents and guests
Develop and implement effective housekeeping policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
Conduct regular inspections of resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces to ensure a high level of cleanliness and maintenance
Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a seamless delivery of services, including maintenance, dietary, and recreational programs
Monitor and control department expenses, ensuring budgetary compliance and identifying opportunities for cost savings
Participate in quality assurance initiatives, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance resident satisfaction and safety
