Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Van Driver to join our team at The Villa at Texarkana. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for transporting our residents to and from appointments, social events, and other activities.
Responsibilities:
Transport residents in a safe and timely manner
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the van
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules and logs
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be 21 years old with a current Driver's License and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
