What You’ll Do

As a Medical Assistant / Receptionist, your role will be a blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities. Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records with attention to detail.
- Assist with basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for exams.
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Show your creative side with digital ad design and social media marketing.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient feels cared for and valued.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (medical or administrative).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping others.

- Strong customer services and sales experience.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures is a plus.

- Experience in Digital Marketing and Canva for creative ad designs.
