How You Will Make an Impact:

• Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, including inspecting incoming materials, preparing outbound orders, and maintaining organized inventory records.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through material tracking, cycle counts, and timely system updates.
• Coordinate the flow of materials between receiving, warehouse, and production areas to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Verify incoming materials and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Leverage company technology and inventory systems to improve productivity, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Support a safe and organized warehouse environment while continuously seeking opportunities to improve warehouse processes.
• Collaborate with team members to meet targets while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must:

• Work with attention to detail to ensure every product meets Caseman GPC’s standards and are shipped according to purchase orders.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support a smooth production flow.
• Adapt quickly to a changing work environment and manage competing demands.
• Be reliable, proactive, and committed to working safely.
• Be willing to learn and grow with new tools, processes, or responsibilities.
• Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.

To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Familiar with shipping and receiving processes.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed.
• Experience using a computer, Windows, Office, and ClickUp, or other relatable software and programs.
